|Recommended: YesNice Property To Call Home — The property is quiet and the maintenance staff is always prompt to respond and handle issues. Every work request submitted has been taken care of within 24 hours. Office staff is friendly could improve on phone etiquette when calling residents.

|Recommended: YesSurvey — The staff and maintenance do an amazing job and quickly helped when I had maintainer problems with the apartment. They deserve more than 5 stars. However, the renovation on the apartment looks unfinished and poor rushed quality of work. The patio area does not look good but the view of the lake with the ducks and turtles help.

|Recommended: YesWe Love Living Here At Bailey Creek — We moved here in February, and we just love it here The staff is so friendly, and any time there is a maitenance issue, it is quickly addressed. The area is safe and very convenient for us. We are close to everything we need Our apartment is very spacious and beautiful, and the rental rate is very reasonable compared to other rentals in the area. We plan to renew our lease We are very happy here.
